loud vibration when coming to a stop/stop light, gone park

I have been taking my car in since November and every since they have rebuild my transmission it has had a very loud vibration, and it only occurs at stop or at stop lights. But when it in park or neutral it doesn't vibrate. it has been in the dealership between 4 to 5 times for number of things and they keep telling the vibration is normal. Which there is no way possible that it is because it wasn't doing that when I got it. so I am getting pretty fed up with car and I just want GM to fix the Problem NOW!!!!!!
