The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Spark. When the contact activated the defroster, the seat belt chime sounded and the turn signal lights stopped operating. The cause of the failures was not diagnosed the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 47,000. Updated 06/02/17
