I have a 98 Chevy Sub 1500 the problem is the engine just shuts-off while driving... doesnt matter at what speed... it takes a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes to re- start after shutting off the key and putting it back in park... this basically started after having the original fuel pump and two additional units replaced (the second defective after less than 30 days)... I took it in thinking it may need a tune-up... they ran diagnostics and found no need and couldnt replicate the problem... a couple of week later it shuts-off again while driving... took it back and more diagnostics were run... this time they replaced the CKP Sensor... but weeks later the problem was back... its been in three more times and they have hooked it up to the computer, run diagnostics and cant duplicate the problem... yesterday it happened again, shutting off three to four times while driving... any idea what may be causing the problem.?...
