The contact owns a 2002 Chevrolet Suburban. While driving 40 mph, a rock crashed into her windshield. As a result, the windshield cracked and produced pieces of glass on the front seats and dashboard. The contact felt that the windshield should not have produces glass pieces. As of May 6, 2008, the dealer had not inspected the vehicle. The failure and current mileages were 100,000.

- the contact states that while driving at night both side view mirrors create a double-vision. Per the contact this causes her not to be able to use her side view mirrors. The contact took the vehicle to the dealership and they told her that there have been complaints in the pass regarding the same issue.

Rear liftgate window exploded out. It sent glass 25' to the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was parked. It was about 39deg F outside. No tampering or forced entry visible. The lift arms were locked in the open position. The driver side arm would not compress. The window assembly was still latched closed to the liftgate. Pics available.
