THE DRIVER'S SEAT IS THE SEAT THAT IS NOT WORKING, PASSENGER HEATED SEAT IS WORKING AND IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE LEATHER SEATS.

Heated seats stay on for a few seconds, then turn off. In reading other complaints on-line, this appears to be yet another CHRONIC PROBLEM for GM. Sounds like about a $300 repair bill if I don't trade this clunker in for a Ford first.

Went to turn on the heated seats one morning and they warmed up a bit, but not like normal. I looked down and the lights were all off. I pressed the button to turn them back on and they would not stay on. This happened to both the front seats. I really enjoyed the heated seats and found out the cost was going to be very high to fix this, so I just left it broken and later traded the vehicle in on a newer one and bought an extended warranty.

I live in Texas where it is 100 degrees in September. The heated seat on the driver's side goes on and off intermittently. Sometimes it doesn't go back off, IT JUST STAYS ON. I have to keep looking at the door to see if it has turned on again which is dangerous. Having the seats on full blast in 100 degree weather is also really dangerous! Sometimes they will turn on, I will turn them off, and they will immediately turn back on again. It will do this all day! We took it to a dealership, they had it for a week, and they couldn't reproduce the problem! I got it back and two weeks later it started up again! I am so fed up with this. I love my Suburban in every other way, but this is too much.
