The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated that while driving 20 mph, the glass window detached from the rear lift gate hydraulic hinges causing it to hang loosely. The contact mentioned that he had to completely remove the glass from the rear lift gate to prevent it from breaking. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the technician verified the failure and stated that the glass needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
