Suburban Z71 5.3L V8

The battery light comes on at startup and stays on until the vehicle is shut off. Some times the vehicle won�t start or is difficult to start. This is a reoccurring problem the dealership has reprogrammed the Body Control Module (BCM) and then replaced the BCM the problem still occurs. The battery and charging system are fine according to 2 dealerships.
