The seat heaters on the drivers side just turns on for no reason at all. I have tried everything... It gets really hot and has even blistered my legs and back. I'm not finding much online about this, so it is really frustrating.

C'mon man! These heaters that I so love in the winter, are wayyy to hot to be on in 97 degree weather - like it was when I got off work! The seat heaters turn on automatically time and time again during any trip I make in this vehicle. It's actually hazardous as I am now constantly looking down to see if they have turned themselves back on so I can avoid it getting hot and blistering my skin!

Every time I drive my suburban, the seat heaters turn themselves on no less than 5 times and that's in taking a 7 minute trip to the grocery store! Then there is the trip back! It gets so hot it turns my skin red and blisters it even when I turn it off. It has now become a distraction because it gets so hot, I am now always looking to see if my seat heater has turned on.

Drivers side seat heaters turn on by themselves repeatedly while I am driving. This happened several days prior to this as well, and incidents only increase as the days go by. I tried dinking around with the other seat related buttons to see if perhaps something may have triggered it, but no luck.

Driver's side turns itself on even after I have turned it off, then it does so again, and again and again. Tomorrow is the family's summer beach trip and I am afraid it is going to electrocute me if I climb in with a wet swimsuit.
