Manufacturer promised to purchase consumer's vehicle due to the hydroboost brake recall. They promised to make the first payment upon receipt of the new vehicle. Owner had in her possession an alert bulletin about the hydroboost. Neither manufacturer nor dealership claimed responsibility. Notice stated, effective immediately to stop delivery and any purchases for the Suburban and other GM trucks dated February 4, 2005. Highlighted sentence stated not to allow consumers to purchase.
