The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Suburban. While driving approximately 60 mph, the contact noticed that the cruise control took an extremely long time to activate. He took the vehicle to the dealer and they acknowledged the failure, but could not determine the cause. The manufacturer was unable to provide any assistance.
