Stabilitrak And Traction Control And Engine Light On

The light keeps coming on and there is an awful noise that sounds like something is caught in bicycle spokes.

when the truck shifts to 2nd is very hard. when I park and come back to crank it the truck shifts forward like it was not in gear good. I have this issue every time it rains.

I have had it come on and the engine reduced power and I can shut it off and crank it back and the everything is normal but the noise .

When I bought the truck in 2013 the Stabilitrak light come on and they told me it just needed an update and they eventually replaced the complete computer cluster but the problem is still happening. The warranty is now gone and the problem is not fixed.

I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem with their 07 suburban, because the Chevy dealer has no idea how to fix the problem. This is the 3rd time in 8 months that i have had the car towed in and they can't fix it. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it greatly, because i really love the car but I am afraid to drive it too far because I will get stranded, Thanks.
