Suburban LTZ

touch screen unresponsive, back hatch not working

The touch screen on the vehicle is completely unresponsive. This means there is no ability to control navigation, radio, tone, menu....ect. I am also having a problem with my automatic back lift gate....... It will not stay open! If you use the remote or you manually open the lift gate, it will rise about 3/4 the way up and then close. Further, about one hour into a drive I felt about 4ml of water fall onto my foot that was on the gas peddle. A sporadic drip followed for the next three hours.

This is upsetting after spending over $55,000 on a new vehicle. I also have four children under the age of four to manage while taking the car in for repair.
