The contact owns a dorel juvenile group maxi-cosi car seat, model name: Pria 85, model number: Cc121biz, manufactured date: 05/07/2015 utilized in a 2014 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated that the front screws used to secure the harness button unscrewed from the harness. Additionally, the rear screw was halfway unscrewed from the harness button. The failure caused the harness strap to become frayed. The manufacturer was contacted and provided a case number. The car seat was not repaired. The manufacturer order a replacement car seat which was still pending arrival to the contact. The consumer submitted photos.
