The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated that the third row seat belts failed to lock. The vehicle was taken to J P motors Chevrolet (3675 frontage rd, peru, il 61354) where it was diagnosed that the seat belts needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and paid a portion of the cost. The failure mileage and VIN were unknown.
