This area of rust is not the first time it has happened to a suburban which owned. Body shops report they do not do rust or if they do fix rust, they cannot guarantee and report it will rust again in about one year. This totally destroys value of my vehicle, even when I do everything I can to keep vehicle in great condition. I have tried to get this info to GM engineers through the complaint dept. but I do not know if it was successful.
