Suburban LT 3.2L

The check engine light comes on and goes off. When it's on, it seems to idle rough, and sometimes it is 4 or 5 seconds after I turn the key off that it actually dies.

Not sure if it's connected to this, but sometimes it jerks when taking off or slowing down.
