Suburban LT 5.8L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 92,000 miles

I smelled fuel and ad found a puddle under the fuel tank on driver's side only when truck is running. It stops as soon as I turn off the car. I assumed it was the fuel lines but I was told by the dealer that it was the fuel pump. I will never know the truth and I was Ok to replace the fuel pump anyways at that mileage. Chevrolet Executive Resolution Team was no help on this matter. I was trying to see if it had anything to do with the fuel line recall. BE WARY.

Suburban LTZ 5.3L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 88,871 miles

Car was losing power. I took it to dealer. They said they don't have the part, back order.

So I took to outside service. I don't have time to wait for parts to get it fixed but warranty didn't honor it.

Update from Jun 1, 2017: It looks like Zurich warranty company doesn't want to fix it other than dealer. I don't why .
