The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban. While driving 30 mph, the front passenger wheel detached from the axle. The contact lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed. The contact sustained minor injuries, the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was awaiting diagnostic testing and repairs. The failure mileage was 40,000. I passenger later went to er for workup due to head injury. Manufacturer was contacted. Updated 10/15/18
