The contact stated while driving at a slow speed, the front driver's side wheel detached without warning. The vehicle was towed to an undisclosed location. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was contacted however, no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 500.
