The contact owns a 2021 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated while driving 15 MPH, the vehicle lost motive power and stalled without warning. The contact was unable to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, and the dealer stated that the fuel control module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the part to repair the vehicle was not available. The failure mileage was 30,000. The VIN was not available.
