On 3/13/2001 was involved in an mvc when another vehicle pulled out in front of the vehicle I struck off road. I was traveling aprox. 40-45 mph when I applied the brakes immediately and slid aprox. 75 feet on road and continued to slide off road for another 50 feet when I collided with the other vehicle. ABS system never kicked in, and the vehicle slid uncontrolled until collision with injuries to myself when the seat belt did not hold my body and allowed me to travel forward striking the steering wheel with the air bag not deploying with a frontal impact and sudden deceleration.
