Front windshield wipers intermittently work. Second time in a week where the low speed, high speed, or intermittent wipers would not come on.

Consumer sometimes gets out of vehicle and opens the hood to hit the wiper motor, and they will start back working. No warranty. Dealer contacted, and wants the consumer to duplicate the problem before considering repair of vehicle.
