I purchased 4 Goodyear Wrangler rt/S P245/75R16 three years ago.they now have approx. 35000 miles on them.today I noticed cracks on all 4 tires about an inch from the rim around the entire tires, on both sides. Their is no dought to me that this ia a factory defect and should be replaced at no cost to me..
