2002 Chevy Tahoe purchased used 11/2006 with 50,000 miles. Gas gauge never went to full. 4/2010 fuel pump was replaced $1000, now it's 7/2010 and gas gauge fluctuates while driving with full tank of gas to empty, car slows down and then suddenly picks back up with gas gauge showing full again. Very unsafe on freeways!! was told by pepboys when they replaced fuel pump that something wasn't working with the computer, oh really, but of course we were told that 9 times out of 10 that it was more than likely the fuel pump and they didn't work on the computer. Cost of repair was probably the deciding factor. Now I feel unsafe while driving because I don't know if the vehicle is going to suddenly slow down while driving on the freeway or anywhere else for that matter. What's up Chevy", what's wrong with the computer?"

I am writing to report the second failure of a valve stem from ntb. The tire is a Michelin tire installed on a 2002 Chevy Tahoe. All tires are properly inflated and are maintained at the proper level. The first occurrence was approx. 2 years ago and the tire lost pressure, delaminated and blew out. The current tire lost pressure but is intact. Upon returning home my wife attempted to reinflate the tire to determine where the air is leaking from. It was determined that the air was leaking from the valve stem. Both tires and valve stems were purchased from ntb.

On March 20. 2007 I recieved a letter from onstar telling me that a safety feature that I purchased new with my 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe will not be operable after December 31, 2007. I will no longer have the onstar system to call 911 automatically in case air bag deployment. I understand that there about 2 million owners of GM cars that will have the same problem.

In February 2004, I purchased a used 2002 Chevrolet. In June 2004 the vehicle's electronic brake control module failed and was replaced by my local Chevrolet dealer. At the time of the repair the vehicle had 52, 000 miles. On February 15, 2007 the same part failed again. The vehicle now has 102,000 miles. The electronic brake control module is a non-wear item. I contacted Chevrolet to inquire about a recall on this item. No recall exist however there have been technical service bulletins issue concerning this item. I was told by Chevrolet and the repair facility that because my vehicle now has more than 100,000 miles I would have to replace the item at my expense.
