I just bought a 2004 Chevy Tahoe 2 weeks ago, with-in the first 24 hours randomly the entire dash lighting would dim and turn completely black! A bit dangerous? Yea at 10pm it's dark, without the lights I can't see how fast I am going! Grrrr!
