Stopped at an intersection and my sunroof unexplainable exploded. There were no missiles, objects or debris that caused the sunroof to shatter. It was extremely loud and the sunroof shattered and held together by the film.

The contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe equipped with a webasto hollandia tvs 900. The contact stated that the sun roof was included in the recall associated with NHTSA campaign id number 10E038000 (visibility:sun roof assembly). The contact was attempting to have the sun roof repaired for approximately five months. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the parts would be available within four weeks. The parts necessary to repair the sun roof were never delivered. The manufacturer was again made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the parts were unavailable. The VIN was not available.
