The contact owns a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe. While the contact was driving the vehicle 10 mph without warning the rear window and hinges suddenly broke off. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who stated that the rear window and top hinges needed to be replaced. There were no prior warnings and the current and failure mileages were 24875.
