Spare tire wheel diameter is smaller than the diameter of the four wheels on the vehicle. The four main wheels have 18" wheels. The spare tire wheel is a 17" diameter. If the spare tire is used on the rear drive wheels, the smaller spare wheel would turn at a faster RPM than the regular tire. Is this permitted? seems dangerous to me.
