18 inch wheel it makes the car jump with any hump on thread

I'm really sad about this problem. because i changed 4 new tires 18 inch and it didn't fix until I changed to 22 inch wheels. Now I have 4 tires 22 inch. 4 new tires 18 inch and 4 used tires 18 inch>>>F*ck you GM.
