Tahoe LT V8

I bought this 2016 Tahoe as used, I had it 3 WEEKS and every time I fuel up it stalls/dies after I start it, I put it back into park, turn on the vehicle rev the engine for 5 seconds then it's perfectly fine. Took it to the dealership they replaced the fuel filter and it HAPPENS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't spend $52,000 for it to screw up. Off to the dealership for the SECOND TIME WHILE IT STILL HAS THE TEMP TAGS ON IT!!!!1
