The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact stated that the air conditioner was blowing out hot air. The contact called a local dealer (sunrise Chevrolet 105-20 gerard place queens, NY 11375 877-588-5450) who diagnosed that the compressor needed to be replaced and confirmed that the VIN was not included in a recall. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to NHTSA. The failure mileage was unknown.
