Good morning - Wondering the update on case # 9-12773822189? I would hope GM will cover this AC problem since I am just outside of my certified warranty and have kept up with all maintenance requirements per manual. See link below that I have found to be a common problem with the condenser. I am not a happy customer here, definitely deters me from buying another Chevy/GMC if GM does not cover the cost under warranty. Per link below you have to constantly contact GM to argue this common problem to get them to agree to cover it.

I had it diagnosed by Hoselton Fairport NY last Tuesday, they wanted $400 just to touch my AC and to put a $40 can of Freon in it. It didn’t hold after 3 days.

I had my brakes done.

2015 to 2019 Tahoe/Sub AC Failure Same scenario is happening to newer GM Chevrolet. If this does not get paid for under GM at Hoselton Auto in Fairport NY or Victor Chevrolet in Victor NY I will be reporting GM Chevy to BBB, news, the attorney links I’ve found, social media , twitter, google reviews etc….definitely would not buy another GM or Chevy if not covered by GM. Out of all my vehicles I’ve owned every 3 years I’d get a new one, never had AC go at 60K miles especially after having transmission fluids flushed during a certified maintenance requirement. This will be my first and last GM, I’ll go back to Jaguar Infiniti Nissan Honda!

Several lawsuits going on

We need help from Chevrolet or anyone for that matter. This vehicle is a $45,000 vehicle and the air conditioning has failed twice and now I must call the dealer again to have the LP refrigerant filled again. The air conditioning hasn’t been used all winter, so Chevy got another 15,000 mi out of us,

This is an expensive vehicle which should have no air conditioning problems for at least 100,000 mi.

The front end alignment screwed up, the dealer did take care of it at a reduced special rate, but my alignment guy said something in the front end came loose. The wife said she hit absolutely nothing to damage the alignment.

This is a nice vehicle, but right now disappointed about how I am going to deal with very expensive refrigerant after the vehicle gets to a mileage placing it out of warranty. I asked Chevrolet to restart the clock on air conditioning warranty whenever they fix it. That pretty much laughed in my face.

I am frustrated.
