The vehicle was repaired, however the failure recurred while driving, and the vehicle experienced excessive oil consumption. The dealer was contacted and advised the contact that the recall part was not yet available and an appointment could not be scheduled. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
