The defroster failed when needed. This condition resulted in a completely obstructed windshield with reduced visibility while driving. The lost visibility could have resulted in an accident, injury or death. The A/C electrical circuits were found to have a blown fuse. A tsb was found by the dealer, and this is a known defect by GM. The fuse was replaced.

The blower was not adequate to fully defrost the windshield. The defroster vents were at an angle and the consumer felt that they vents were poorly positioned.
