The contact owns a baby trend Inc. Safety seat, model: TS23946 Venture travel sy, type: Rearfacing infant seat, and manufactured in June 10,2014. The safety seat was being utilized in a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The contact stated that when securing the child in the safety seat, the latch anchor fractured. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The safety seat was not replaced. The VIN and failure mileage were not available.
