: the contact owns a safety-first child safety seat, model number 22-560 flg. While the toddler was restrained in the child safety seat, the harness buckle assembly was easily depressed by the toddler which unlatched the harnerss buckle assembly. The manufacturer was not alerted and no repairs were made.
