Looks like others have seen this too, TSB #00156A -- 4.2L LL8 ENGINE ROUGH IDLE - RUN POSSIBLE P1345 OR P0016. *MJ *TT (NHTSA ID #10007656, JANUARY 01 2004) . So far two auto mechanics don't have a clue how to fix my vehicle. Replacing the cam/crank sensor didn't fix, running the procedure with the computer installed to go between 5-6k RPG with the brake applied didn't help.
