While driving, I noticed the flickering of the gauges and then after work one evening, the lights wouldn't come on. I tried everything and eventually had to drive home with the fog lights on. This is a real problem that should be addressed before someone gets injured or killed while driving with faulty lights.

Low beam headlamps went out, high beams still work. I found the answer on FIXYA.COM
Check the relay module. 45 or 46. on the engine relay block. you can swap the two they are the same part number, then you will know. Don't start the engine, just check the lights. If it works replace the relay module. You may have to order the part from the parts store. Or go to the dealer to get it.

My low beams have burned out before, but usually one at a time. Now one morning, I started up my vehicle and neither lowbeams would come on. I used to troubleshoot avionics on aircraft and it's extremely rare for two of anything related to burn out at the same time (especially lights).

Whenever I drive at night the exterior and interior lights flicker and sometimes go completely out when I brake or allow the truck to coast. When I use the gas the problem resolves but I have to stop sometime so this isn't a good fix. The electrical guage on my dash for the battery fluctuates with the lights from low to high and back again. I've taken it to 2 dealerships but they "can't duplicate the problem" I work nights so I drive mostly at night. How is it safe for a young woman to drive alone at night without lights? This is an ongoing problem that has happened since I purchased the truck and has not been resolved.

I have replaced low beam lights on both sides 5 times in a year. It is not expensive but when i am driving down the highway and my lights burn out it dangerous for me and everyone else on that road. Does someone have to die before they recall and fix the problem? I know other Trailblazer owners with the exact problem so it is an issue.

I'm sick and tired of replacing the headlights in my car. Every couple of months they burn out. I've replaced them approx. 7 times within one year. The connectors are burning up. I took it to a local chevy dealer to be told something I already knew without resolution. However, I did get a bill. The mechanic could not even tell me why this is happening. The burden is on me to continue to drive around not knowing when my headlights will go out and replacing them which is getting to be very costly. If anyone has a resolution they can offer, please share. Thank you!
