Trailblazer LT 4.2L V6

Driver's seat belt locks up inside seat and can't be worn. This happened before when it was still under warranty & dealer replaced seat belt kit. Found if I push the seat belt back into the seat a little, then I can pull it back out. I'm not spending any more money on this gas hog!
