The contact owns a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The vehicle has Goodyear fortera tires (na). While driving 70 mph, the sidewall of the front driver side tire exploded. The tire did not sustain any other damage besides the sidewall. There were no warning indicators prior to the failure. The vehicle has not been diagnosed by the dealer. The tire size was unknown. The failure mileage was 26,000.

Consumer had B.F.goodrich tires on the vehicle. The tires had 3,000 miles on them, and all four tires have feathered in and on outside. This caused the front end to become misaligned. Took vehicle to dealer for service, and was told that this was normal. Model: Open trail/T/a. right front 36357, E27754K, P1306alo, P245/70R16. Left front 37380, E27754K P1306alo, P245/70R16, left rear 37380 E27754K, P1306alo P245/70R16, right rear 36355E 27754K, P1306alo P245/70R16. Consumer was very concerned. The manufacturer was notified but explained that as long a S the dealer said the tire wear was normal they would not provide any assistance.
