I've had several problems with this car ,with fuel delivery, lights dimming or blinking, gauges going haywire, fuel, speed, engine lights

So I was idling at a light one day on my way back to work and my car turned off. Took it to the dealer and handed over a nice wad of cash to have them do some fixes (they couldn't replicate the problem....hmmm). Well a month or so later, it happens again. This time I take it to my Firestone trusted mechanics...leak in the fuel pump causing a loss of pressure and my car to turn off...that will be another 800 to fix. F*** that! Now I stall out if I am idling to long in a drive-up or at a ilght....can't afford to fix it and am definitely not going back to the dealership where they are all too happy to take your money

I just want people to know that there is a possible explosion hazard with the Trailblazer. MY fuel pump stopped working replaced the fuel pump. Then it did it again shortly after that and again so we thought it was faulty pumps. then I asked the service man to check to see if it could be a bad ground wire. They found that the wiring harness to the fuel pump on the fuel tank had a burnt spot on it (black burnt look to it) (Short in the wiring system.) Under the right conditions I was a traveling bomb. Please have these checked if there is any sign of a problem with your fuel pump or just have it checked for your own piece of mind.

WHEN I AM BACKING UP OUT OF PARKING OR JUST TAKING A RANDOM TURN. THE CAR TURNS CAUSES IT TO LOSE POWER. IT SEEMS TO BE THE FUEL PUMP LOSING PRESSURE.
