The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The vehicle has Continental Contitrac TR OWL, sizes P245/65R17 tires. While driving 65 mph, the vehicle began to swerve. The contact pulled over and replaced the passenger side rear tire with a spare. He also noticed tread separation. The current and failure mileages were 47,000. Updated 12-13-07.

: the contact stated while driving 72 mph the treads on the driver rear tire separated without warning. The vehicle was maneuvered off the road. Damaged was caused to the rear bumper and quarter panel on the driver side. The dealer has been alerted.
