Trailblazer

  • Automatic transmission

The front windshield has acoustic glass with the entire right/passengers side inhibiting proper vision. The glass has ripples/waves throughout the entire section of the glass. When it rains or snows, the vehicle can not be driven due to the visibility and judgement of distances with the windshield.

When taking it back to the dealership to have the window replaced due to the defect, they said they will not replace it even though it has this visual defect and appearance because GM said this is the only glass available for the Trailblazer and the delaership is not to replace it.

This acoustic glass is throughout the door windows as well. No ripples or visibility problems with those area's nor on the drivers side of the windshield. This is due to the fact that the lamination was done properly, but not on the front passenger portion of the windshield.

The vision and ability to judge distances and objects during certain weather conditions and especially for night driving is a severe hazard and danger to everyone. We can't drive or use the vehicle half the time due to this.
