The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The contact stated that while in park, the contact was made aware that the rear passenger side tail light failed to function. The contact noticed that there was corrosion around the connector where the bulb was attached. The contact independently replaced the bulb; however, the failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 170,000.
