My son had his license a total of 6 months and it was sleeting in Texas. He lost control and flipped the truck into a tree and the airbags never deployed. He was injured and had to have emergency surgery and spent more than a week in the hospital. I was so angry at the fact that the airbags did not deploy because had they deployed his injuries would not had been so bad. This is the worst vehicle on the market would not recommend for anyone.

2006 Trailblazers need to be recalled for the airbags. My son could have died, and I am sure others have had loved one's die from their negligence. I am just getting started, and I am finding more and more people that this has happened to. We can't let them continue to get away with this. We pay our hard earned money for vehicles that are clearly unsafe. They do not care about properly working airbags, they only care if we have enough insurance to pay the car off after we are dead.
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What's the use of having airbags if they're not going to work when you hit a concrete median doing 55mph? Something has to be done because this seems to be a common occurrence. Who do I need to contact to get this problem directed to the right person?

Someone ran in to my son's truck on the drivers side at about 40+mph. The truck rolled and slid to a stop 15-20 feet away. He was lucky to walk away with only a few cuts and bruises. None of the airbags deployed. The truck is a total loss.
