The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer. While driving various speeds, the contact heard a thumping noise near the front passenger side of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing and the passenger side wheel bearing was replaced. The failure occurred twice. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 70,000.
