The contact owns a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The contact attempted to start the vehicle but failed to do so. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for inspection and they stated that the alternator was over charging and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 18,000.
