My car is driven in a small town with only 2 redlights. There is not strenuous wear on them. There is no reason that they would be grinding/squealing at only 20,000 miles. It is going to cost me over $300 just to replace the back brakes on the vehicle. There was a bulletin on the front brakes and those were replaced at no charge. This is a problem with the pads that they used and I should not have to pay out of pocket to fix a mistake made by them!
