Trailblazer EXT 4WD 6-cyl

Traveling on highway. Loss of engine power caused a near miss with a tractor trailer traveling behind me. Cause was catalytic converter. The vehicle only has 37000 miles on it. Oxygen sensor also failed, this is the second one replaced. I have only had the vehicle 4 months and only put 5000 miles on it. The vehicle has been in the Chevy garage for 10 days now, Chevy says they can't find a converter.
