The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated that the headrest on both the passenger and driver side pushed his head forward and he was only able to see the hood of the vehicle. The dealer stated that he needed to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer stated that there was nothing they could do since the headrest was designed that way. Claim#714-849689560 was filed with General Motors. The failure and current mileages were 610.
